When hiring an entertainer via Champions Music & Entertainment, both ourselves and the act that you are looking to hire must enter a contractual agreement that encompasses an act rider. A rider is an attachment or amendment that is added to a legal document, advising the subject of the legal agreement with additional information. In regards to our entertainers, we have two act riders – a hospitality rider and a technical rider.

Hospitality rider: Our hospitality riders advise clients on what hospitality an act requires. This can encompass the act's travel arrangements, hotels, food and drink they require for the duration of the event.

Technical rider: This rider encompasses what technical requirement the act needs in order to make their performance and the event a reality. This can include things such as supplying a PA system, lighting rigs, screens and other technical equipment they need to perform.
