Andy Monk’s impressive 2010 performance on Britain’s Got Talent as part of the popular Chippendoubles comedy impressionist act saw him appear alongside impersonators of David Beckham, David Brent, Gordon Ramsey, Mr T and Daniel Craig. He wowed the crowd and judges with his likeness and impression of Simon Cowell who stood on in utter amazement at his on-stage doppelganger. As the official Simon Cowell lookalike, Andy has worked with the producer on several occasions. He even joined up with the star for the Pride of Britain Awards for ITV in 2017.
Since his performance on BGT, Andy has made major appearances on some of the UK's most exciting television shows, including The Rob Brydon Show, Celebrity Juice, Strictly Come Dancing, The One Show and Louie Spence's World of Showbiz. He even appeared as Simon Cowell in a Comic Relief sketch for Red Nose Day. Often asked to host events of all shapes and sizes, Andy has judged talent contests, karaoke contests and dance-offs as well as taking to the decks for discos and parties.
