Born Chlöe Louise Howells, Chlöe adopted her stage name, Chlöe Howl, when her music career skyrocketed. Chlöe's voice is utterly unique, identifiable through her vocal range and empowering lyrics - there are few singers quite like Chlöe. Chlöe has been perfecting her performance since she recorded her first album aged 10. Starting with a Christmas album, 10-year-old Chlöe recorded herself singing tracks like All I Want For Christmas Is You to raise money for her primary school. It is safe to say that Chlöe was born to sing. From there, she completed her education before signing a record deal with Columbia Records.
Chlöe's teenage years were spent recording and writing, writing and recording, before she released her debut album in 2013. Titled Rumour, the album was met with critical acclaim - the track No Strings was featured on Kick-Ass 2. In the same year, Chlöe was nominated for the BBC Sound of 2014 and shortlisted for the 2014 BRIT Awards: Critics' Choice Award. Riding high on such success, she went onto release her debut studio album, Chlöe Howl, in 2014.
By 2017, she had released three more singles, modelled for Fendi's sunglasses range and appeared in a promotional video with Ella Eyre. Chlöe is showing no signs of slowing down, having released two more singles in 2019. This talented singer has made her mark on the music industry.
Cool, focused and unapologetically herself, Chlöe's empowering anthems sound even better sung in unison with her audience. For larger audiences, her onstage persona commands any sized venue, filling the dance floor with synth beats and belting vocals. Since her early days as a musician, Chlöe has built a respectable number of loyal fans eager for new music, a testament to her presence within the music industry.
