Originally hailing from North-Yorkshire, Chris has been performing on stage since the age of thirteen. One of his first steps into the world of entertainment came in the form of a duet with his sister – The Young Ones. Chris then went on to audition for Pop Idol, making it through to the televised group stages. Putting on a powerful performance amongst his peers, Chris competed against a number of well-known performers, including Will Young and Gareth Gates.
Following his media appearances, Chris worked for a corporate hospitality company in London. Succeeding in his role within the company’s entertainment department, Chris had the pleasure of travelling widely, singing for a vast array of celebrities all around the world. Given his performance success, it wasn’t long before Chris started his very own show. Prior to this, Chris had already acquired a vast amount of experience performing as part of 441, a four-piece male harmony group. This show saw the band travel all over the United Kingdom and parts of mainland Europe, performing for holiday camp venues as well as numerous cruises and ferries.
Chris’ following steps in the world of entertainment saw his involvement in shows based on West-End smash hits We Will Rock You and Rock of Ages, where he played exciting lead roles in both shows. Since then, Chris’ stunning knack for performance has seen him excel in his role as a splendid Michael Bublé tribute act. As a seasoned entertainer, Chris is full of energy and charisma. As such, he is ideally suited to stage convincing performances as Michael Bublé. His rendition of the Canadian singer is, therefore, one of the most natural and authentic tribute performances you will ever get to see.
Alongside his performances as the Canadian singer-songwriter, Chris still finds time to perform as a classical music show. His musical versatility has resulted in this show being equally popular, having performed various fly-back shows throughout the world. Some of the highlights of Chris’ professional career have been his stellar performances in Las Vegas’ Sands Hotel and The Royal Albert Hall. On stage, his shows have been known to incorporate tracks from a vast array of different acts, including songs by Il Divo, Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli, Chris Brown, Gary Barlow, The Beatles, The Drifters, Avicii, Queen and Michael Bolton. Chris’ performance is, however, the most impressive when he takes up the role of Michael Bublé, performing many of the original act’s greatest hits.
As a result of his natural portrayal of the Canadian superstar, Chris’ Michael Bublé tribute act has enjoyed success as corporate entertainment and wedding entertainment alike.
