Jilted Generation is the UK’s only fully live tribute band to Prodigy and have been making waves on the music scene with their incredible ability to entertain all audiences with their incredible sound. Forming in 2006, the band have many years of experience performing in front of crowds across the UK and Europe and are able to expertly tailor their sets to give their audience either a dance/rave experience or a rock/punk sound.
Originally consisting of band members Sparky as ‘Liam’ on the keys, Jase as ‘Maxim’ on the vocals, Kris as ‘Leo Crabtree’ on the drums and Charlie as ‘Rob Holiday’ on the Guitar, since 2022, the band have returned to stage as a two-piece, consisting of ‘Liam’ and ‘Maxim’. With a whole range of venues under their belt including the Isle of Wight Festival, Alexander Palace, Glastonbudget 2007 and 2008, Ministry of Sound, Raindance, Glasgow Carling Academy, Liverpool Carling Academy and have headlined the closing party of Ibiza Rocks, Jilted Generation have perfected their live set and have turned the stage into their second home.
The members of Jilted Generation have a deep admiration for Prodigy, and want to ensure every detail, from the costumes to the sound to the musical instruments perfectly align with the original band. Jilted Generation had the opportunity to be accompanied by an original member of Prodigy, guitarist Jizz Butt, who likened his experience to “having a flashback”.
Much like the original act, the band are able to get all members of the audience up and dancing as their electric sound travels throughout the room with their passion and enthusiasm remaining the same whether playing for a crowd of over one thousand or for a smaller audience.
