A key face CBBC since 2014, Lauren presents live television on CBBC on weekday afternoons. She is their resident music expert, presenting ‘The Playlist’ where she interviews the biggest names in pop including the likes of Craig David, Jonas Blue & Sigma.
Lauren also presents on both ‘Match of the Day’ on BBC One and its spin-off ‘MOTD Kickabout’. Lauren took over the reins of Capital’s Early Breakfast show from January 2018 after regularly hosting on the channel throughout 2019, you can catch her live from 4am to 6am weekdays.
