In 2025, Michael achieved a career-defining milestone by winning the Champions of Champions preliminary qualifier at Novafest, earning the honour of performing on the Graceland Soundstage during Elvis Week in Memphis. Michael first impressed hundreds of revellers at the Strictly Elvis Festival in 2014, alongside appearances at the Travel Service Elvis Festival and Million Dollar Quartet events. From that moment, his affection for the King of Rock ’n’ Roll became a full-time career. In 2015, he travelled to Tupelo and Graceland, performing at Graceland Crossing and the St Jude’s Children’s Hospital Concert in Memphis, Tennessee. These formative experiences marked a defining milestone in his journey and strengthened his connection to Elvis’s roots and musical heritage.

Upon returning to the United Kingdom, he won Best Elvis 2015 at the Porthcawl Elvis Contest, followed by the Best ’50s Elvis award in 2016. This all showcased his great likeness to the global icon.
