The group was founded by John Lennon impersonator and President of The Fab Corp, Ron McNeil and they began performing Beatles music throughout southern California. This tribute band has had huge success bringing Beatles music worldwide from Brazil, Germany, Australia and Hong Kong to Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, France and the United Kingdom. They are close to covering the entire Beatles repertoire including the Beatles solo material.
The core members of The Fab Four were McNeil as John Lennon, Ardy Sarraf as Paul McCartney, Michael Amador as George Harrison and Rolo Sandoval as Ringo Starr. Initially the band would perform at Music City in Fountain Valley, The Hop in Puente Hills, Scruffy O’Sheas in Marina del Rey and regularly at Disneyland's Tomorrowland Terrace in Anaheim. Between 2005 and 2006 that band landed a huge gig in Las Vegas and consequently brought in a second cast of musicians to help perform a full stage show six nights a week.
The musicians would alternate between casts and regularly performed at big venues such as The Riviera, The Aladdin, The Sahara and Las Vegas Hilton. The Fab Four then created their PBS Special The Fab Four: The Ultimate Tribute which was filmed at Pechanga Resort & Casino and resulted in them winning and Emmy Award in 2013. As of 2019 the most common cast consists of Sarraf, Adam Hastings, Gavin Pring and Joe Bologna.
The Fab Four have a wealth of experience performing from the thirty-seventh anniversary of Beatles concerts at the Hollywood Bowl in 2003 to headlining at Liverpool's annual Beatleweek in 2004, 2008 and 2011. Not only have they performed at many prestigious events but also on TV including Ellen DeGeneres’ Really Big Show in 2007 to channels such as Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight and Hallmark Channel.
The Fab Four have also wowed an endless list of celebrities performing for the likes of Paul Stanley, Tom Hanks, Mark Hudson and Eric Idle.
