At a very young age, Mikel studied singing and vocalise with some of the most professional professors in Lebanon in Yammin School for music, after that he studied filmmaking and acting in the American University in Lebanon for two years 2010-2012.
Mikel then came to London and studied performing arts and acting on stage in Hammersmith College in London and received a level 3 diploma, this helped him more in his music career especially in the interaction with people when being on stage, performing.
After arriving in London, and performing on weekly basis in some of the most reputable venues in London and being asked to perform in private events, weddings, and festivals the local press started mentioning a new young singer who is becoming popular between the Arabs of London.
Mikel was nominated for receiving an award from the Arabs Group Team as: "The best Arabic singer in the West" and he received the award based on 50% on public votes and 50% based on the jury of professionals.
For the past 6 years, Mikel has been based in London, UK and performed in some of the most reputable venues, clubs, casinos and hotels on a weekly basis.
What distinguishes Mikel from other Arabic singers in the UK is that he is capable of singing in all the Arabic dialects and styles of music professionally, his Arabic repertoire includes different styles and dialects of music (Khaliji, Iraqi, Lebanese, Tarab, Egyptian, Morrocan, Algerian...)Mikel also has a great voice singing in English and French
