Having performed Iron Sky as his blind audition piece on The Voice UK, all four judges quickly turned around and saw someone who they quickly recognised as one of the most talented singers to ever grace The Voice stage.
Mo was part of Team JHUD. Through hard work, talent, JHUD's mentoring and the public vote; Mo became the first winner of ITV's The Voice.
Mo is not just a talented singer but also songwriter and performs covers or original material.
Mo's journey is very personal to him and this is evident throughout his music. Having grown up in care all of his life, Mo's talent and artistry were nurtured by different people along his care journey which helped mould him into the artist he is today. Having not experienced a conventional upbringing and being moved from home to home it is to Mo's credit that he shares his journey through his music, using it as motivation and fuel to succeed, sharing his experiences so passionately along the way.
Mo is currently in the studio working on new material and is embarking on a European tour later in the year.
Mo is destined to be a huge recording artist and his rocket is heading to the moon!
