Tiffany Darwish, known professionally as Tiffany, is an American pop singer, songwriter and actress who rose to global fame in the late 1980s. At just sixteen years old, she made music history with back-to-back number one singles, 'I Think We’re Alone Now' and 'Could’ve Been'. Her debut album also reached the top of the Billboard charts, making Tiffany the youngest female artist ever to achieve that milestone. With more than 15 million albums sold worldwide, she remains one of the defining pop voices of her generation.
Following her breakthrough success, Tiffany continued evolving as an artist and songwriter. Over the years, she released a diverse catalogue of music that showcased her growth beyond teen pop. Her album 'The Color of Silence' received critical acclaim and was later named by Billboard as one of the Top Ten Best Albums of the Year in 2000. She returned to her Nashville influences with the country-inspired album 'Rose Tattoo' in 2011 and later co-produced the 2016 release 'A Million Miles'. Her tenth studio album 'Pieces of Me' further highlighted her rock-driven sound, while the deeply personal record 'Shadows', released in 2022, became her eleventh studio album.
Tiffany remains a powerful live performer and continues to tour extensively. She performed 55 shows across 53 cities to more than 600,000 fans on the major 'Mixtape Tour' alongside New Kids on the Block, Debbie Gibson, Salt-N-Pepa and Naughty by Nature. She later headlined her own 'Pieces of Me Tour', delivering energetic rock-influenced performances across 40 cities. In 2019, she also released a reimagined version of her signature hit 'I Think We’re Alone Now'.
Beyond music, Tiffany has built a wide-ranging entertainment career across television, film and publishing. She voiced Judy Jetson in 'Jetsons: The Movie' and appeared in films including 'Mega Piranha' and 'Mega Python vs. Gatoroid'.
