Over the past few years, Daman has firmly proved his acumen as a comedian, winning a range of prestigious accolades and reaching the finals at several comedy competitions, including Blackout at Up The Creek, Max Turner, Comedy Virgins Summer Competition and Monty’s Stand Up Nights Competition. He also reached the semi-finals at the So You Think You’re Funny competition. Daman was named “the next big thing” by Rolling Stone Magazine and continues to go from strength to strength, gigging around the UK and supporting the biggest names in the industry, including Munya Chawawa and Mo Gilligan.
Not allowing the covid lockdown to affect his momentum, Daman made multiple viral videos on TikTok, gaining over 388.7K likes and a wave of new social media followers. He has also starred in Lynx’s Men In Progress brand campaign and made appearances on the Welcome To Spook Town and the Insane In The Men Brain podcasts.
