In 1986, Samantha launched her pop music career with her debut single Touch Me (I Want Your Body), which topped the charts in 17 countries. In 1988, Fox received a Brit Award nomination for Best British Female Artist. Fox became the first British female singer to have 3 US top 10 singles in a decade and also featured as a cover model on her Touch Me release.
She followed up Touch Me with her 1987 eponymous album, 1988 brought I Wanna Have Some Fun, Just One Night came in 1991, 21st Century Fox in 1998 and Angel with an Attitude was released in 2005.
The albums were well received and brought Fox recognition for her talent and endearing attitude. Fox has spent a sum of 18 weeks in the UK top 75 and she had even more success across the Atlantic. She has also appeared in a number of films, starring in The Match, Sharknado 5, 7 Cases, Rock Dancer and The Beautiful Outsiders.
She also renewed her popularity on reality television shows. In 2008, Fox and her partner Myra Stratton took part in Celebrity Wife Swap, exchanging with Freddie Starr and his wife Donna. ITV's I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! followed in 2009. In 2010, she joined Callum Best, Jeff Brazier and Janice Dickinson in Celebrity Come Dine with Me.
Fox was a Big Brother contestant in 2016 and finished in seventh place. Samantha Fox is the perfect choice among famous singers for all manner of corporate events, for media appearances, as a TV presenter, or as a famous female actress. She can play any size venue and has performed at prestigious hotels and arenas throughout Europe in the past decade.
She toured the UK in the late noughties, finishing up the decade with gigs at the Manchester Opera House and Wycombe Swan Theatre. She began the twenty-tens performing in Athens and has played in Poland, Spain, Chile, USA and France as well as going on a mini-tour of Scandinavia in 2016. There she played at the Sverresborg Arena in Trondheim, Norway, The Malmo Arena and The Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.
