Molly Hocking first captured national attention when she won The Voice UK at just eighteen years old, securing a recording contract with Polydor Records. Her powerful rendition of 'I’ll Never Love Again' became a standout moment of the series and quickly established her as a unique and talented singer-songwriter with remarkable vocal control and emotional depth.
Following her victory, Molly began shaping her own artistic identity. The challenges of the pandemic period saw her reinvent herself creatively, refining her sound and reconnecting with audiences through digital platforms. She released her debut single 'After The Night', followed by 'We Can Have the World Tonight' in 2021. Later that year she unveiled 'Alive', with 'Bones' arriving in 2022, each track showcasing growing maturity and independence.
In 2024, embracing full artistic freedom, Molly released three new tracks including 'You Can’t Hold Me Down', further cementing her signature voice and contemporary pop sensibility. By this stage, her streaming presence had grown significantly, reaching up to a quarter of a million monthly listeners on Spotify, with strong audiences in Germany, Canada, the USA and the UK. In 2025, she signed a new record deal with GoldCrush Records, releasing fresh material including 'History Repeating' and the forthcoming 'I’d Rather Lie'.
Molly has performed on some of the UK’s biggest stages, including the O2 with Olly Murs, BST Hyde Park and The Roundhouse in Camden, as well as supporting artists such as Tom Jones, Blue and McFly. From festivals to arenas and intimate jazz clubs, Molly Hocking continues to evolve as a confident live performer, combining vocal strength, authenticity and emotional storytelling.
