Initially comprised of Lee Ryan, Duncan James and Antony Costa in 2000, Lee's flatmate, Simon Webbe, soon joined Blue. Their debut single was met with critical acclaim, followed by an album of the same name. Titled All Rise and released in 2001, it quickly reached number four in the UK Singles Charts. The album hit the charts in the following year, bursting in at number one and selling 1.8 million copies. In 2003, the band released a third album called Guilty, which again made it to number one in the UK Album Charts.
