About Rachel Hilton
Rachel Hilton is a Music & Entertainment Sales Executive at Champions Music & Entertainment, where she blends expert commercial instinct with deep operational experience. With more than 15 years’ experience across senior event management, operations and business development, including director-level roles, she understands events from concept through to delivery and evaluation. That perspective allows her to advise clients on more than talent alone; she ensures entertainment strengthens the wider objectives of every event.
"Thank you formally for all you did to help make the event so special for our clients at the weekend... really appreciated your help so much and it makes all the difference when we are all truly part of one team... Looking forward to working together again soon."
Since joining in November 2024, Rachel has played a direct role in the agency’s 19% year-on-year growth in bookings, trading across 13 countries and securing international corporate and festival work. She created her first exclusive six-figure festival line-up and delivered it end-to-end, along with placing acts such as Sigala in an event in Monaco and Tony Hadley at an event at Trump Turnberry. Her UK portfolio is equally strong - she managed six headline artists for a major 90s Weekend, including Kenny Thomas, Heather Small, East 17, Sonia, S Club and Whigfield. Festival bookings have included Vengaboys, The Pigeon Detectives and Reverend and the Makers, alongside repeat work with Boyzlife. She also secured Marvin Humes for a high-profile private event and placed DJs for destination weddings in Jersey and France.
"Thank you for organising the band... so professional and efficient from the time we got in touch to the final day. Great communication all the way."
Rachel also played a pivotal role in Champions Music & Entertainment securing the Booking Agency of the Year Award at The Entertainment Agents' Association Awards 2025! Her strategic leadership, meticulous client care and relentless drive for excellence elevated standards across the team and strengthened key industry relationships throughout the year.

Beyond bookings, Rachel invests in long-term talent development. She secured Britain’s Got Talent finalist Olly Pearson’s first professional booking and signed classical singer Lucy Kay to a three-year management contract, building her profile and performance opportunities. Having aided in the win of the 2025 TEAA Award, Rachel was without a doubt our top nomination for the Agency Employee of the Year at The Entertainment Agents’ Association Awards 2026. Rachel is a finalist in the TEAA Awards 2026 Agency Employee of the Year category, thanks to her calm, organised approach and her ability to turn ambition into measurable results for clients and artists alike.
